Deteriorating speed quality

Hi everyone, I've been trying really hard to contact support but its going nowhere! I've waited for more than an hour and its still not getting to me yet... honestly, this is really testing my patience Smiley Sad


I just have issues with my speed quality. Since a month ago, upload speed has been poor however download speed was still fine. However this week, my download speed has quite been affected as well. Connections unstable, everything crashing and unloading. I want to get help but I'm not getting anywhere, but i'm going to try this community out. Please help me! :"(
