Hi I am in Box Hill North Victoria.

NBN stopped working yesterday around 1:30pm and still not working now.

No news on what’s going on working from home and need it working 2nd day without it.

Can someone fill me in on the progress on fixing the interruption?

There is an NBN outage in your area affecting your service.

 

You can check it here,

It is out of our hands and your service will resume once NBN finishes their works/upgrades/issues.
