Get online support
I have been trying to disconnect my ADSL +2 service for past 3 weeks. I have tried 13 times chatting to customer care and whenever they say that they will transfer me to specialist, i wait for 1 hour on average and then customer care guy closes the chat. Today was 13th attempt.
They keep charging me from Direct Debit and I am not using the service. Does anyone know how to sort this ** out.
