I am hoping you can please provide some customer service.
My modem has all necessary lights on and the wifi is connected however there is no internet. I have followed the recommended steps to reset it but still with no luck.
I have contacted additional support companies as finding a solution through your forums and getting in touch has been quite challenging and all of them have said that it is an issue I need to discuss with the provider.
I'm sure you can understand the frustration as my entire household is currently working from home and requires internet to do so.
