I have been having connection issues for almost 2 weeks now. I am trying continually to get onto support but can't get on via phone or internet and need internet connection for my job.
Our signal is constantly dropping out all over the house. I NEED HELP.

Sorry to break it to you but I don't think you will get any help here or anywhere. I have been trying to get my internet service running again for the last 3 weeks. Can't get them on phone and can't get proper response through online chat. All they do is transfer from one department to another and then chat disconnects. I just came here to see if there was a response for my message but after 3 days still nothing.
I am cancelling now and can't even do that. Best if luck to you
