Hi,
I just upgrade my old service NBN12 to Home Wireless Broadband today. Do I need to cancel the old NBN12 service manually?
Due to the old serveice paid by direct debit, the payment has been charged 1 week before next turn. If any chance, I want to refund this.

Your NBN service will be automatically disconnected 7 days after you’re connected to Home Wireless Broadband. Please inform us if you do not wish for your NBN service to be disconnected. You will continue to be charged for your NBN service if you choose to keep it running beyond the 7 days.
Send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time, we will arrange our Accounts Specialists Team to discuss the payment and the refund.
