Reported a NBN fault via the app on Monday. Followed up with a message via the app on Tuesday. Nothing.
Thursday. messaged on here and FB, no repsonse.
Friday morning. Called for over an hour and hang up as couldn't wait.
Friday 1pm. Called again on 131423 and amazingly had a callback service.
They called back within 20 minutes and tested the line and said they escalated the request to NBN and I would hear something from them in 24 hours.
Fingers crossed.
