Downloads so slow

TPG are so slow for me, they always have been but now there is NBN in the area and they are wanting me to change to NBN it is even slower.

Not just one computer, not just one wifi connection, it is the lot.

Even my visitors complain about speed.

Computers work okay on other non TPG connections.

We're sorry to learn that you are experiencing issues with the connection. 

Based on the result of the tests, your modem is currently detecting a sync speed ranging between 19-20Mbps from the line which you can confirm when you log in to your modem's user interface. It appears that the problem is getting the result to show up on your devices. It's possible that the trouble you may be having could be WIFI-related (signal interference, distance, weak signal) if you're using a WIFI connection only.

We would suggest running a speed test on a computer connected via Ethernet for us to narrow down the actual cause of the slower connection speed.
