Drop Outs

Hi There

 

I am a recent new customer of TPG and have had FTTB installed. I consistently keep experiancing drop outs (approx 3 to 10 per day - no pattern) where the modem indicates either the DSL or Internet (as two seperate LED on the modem) drop and sometimes both in tandem. Either it resets itself or I need to reset the modem.

 

What can be done please?
