Dropouts - consistent, minutes intervals Benowa 4217

+ appreciate the effort in resolving our flaky internet,  coax cable endpoints cut and rejigged

- but now have consistent dropouts as per below

dropouts wed 16-2-2022

1022-23  1024-29  1108-13 

Modem/router  ‘lights on, nobody home’

Yes agree this thread is closed.  No dropouts.  Faulty lines fixed all good.

 

Now on to the issue with throttling :}

Moved router from patch panel to direct power socket power, both modem and router are directly connected to power point now.

Realised coax cable loose, realised also that tech left the coax splitter, removed splitter and unneeded extra coax cable.

The tech probably needed the splitter to test the connection but forgot to remove at the end of the job.

Tech booked for Friday arvo 18-2-2022

We chased this to ou Engineering Team and we can confirm that the issue is still under assessment and investigation. We chased this with them, expect an update via SMS or Phone call when it becomes available.

You may provide the information above directly to the assigned Engineer so he can also review it on their end. Further updates will be communicated via phone call or SMS.
