Dropouts

Hello,

So far NBN technicians have made three visits, changed the pair on the MDF, installed a new DPU, and still I am getting constant dropouts. The internet is no longer a novelty or luxury, it is necessary for dailiy life like water and energy. Please, can I have the internet restored?
