Hi,

I have tried to upgrade my NBN plan but keep getting this error:

Unfortunately there was an unexpected error when submitting your registration.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please contact TPG Customer Service on 13 14 23 for further assistance.
When contacting TPG, please quote this error code: < E:novus:inapprop_state >
 
I also tried to call customer service twice. They said that they already did the upgrade for me but it has been 2 weeks already and my plan is still not upgraded. Please help. Thank you.
