Email Attachments and Spam Issues

Hi,
For the past couple of months we have been unable to add attachments to our tpg emails, either on mobile or laptop using Chrome.
Also, our spam filter seems to be no longer working, as we keep getting daily emails from the same email addresses which we have already marked as spam multiple times.
I can see the email attachment issue has been raised many times but can't find any resolution. I'm not sure if the spam issue is also widespread. If anyone can assist with either issue it would be greatly appreciated.
