Get online support
If I try to send an email I get the following message:
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 [TPG-S02] [12BK0HKO014139] Message rejected as it appears to be spam. Use SMTP AUTH, PostOffice, or contact the Postmaster Team <postmaster@tpg.com.au>. Please check the message and try again.
This has just started in the last day.
I've tried your published solutions, none work!

As I mentioned in my first post, I have tried this. TPG would not allow a password change, so this didn't work!
Hi @pda123, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and help get to the bottom of this.
