Hi Andrew.
I wouldn't expect much enthusiasm from TPG about cancelling your account. I had a moderator (who shall not be named as he knows who he is) continually trying to delete my posts on here earlier today, when I offered constructive criticism about the way TPG handles situations like this. Long story short, their cancellation process is deliberately made more difficult than it should be - for reasons that I can only attribute to a poor last ditch attempt at customer retention. I can't imagine anyone being talked into staying because of it though.
