Email speed - not receiving some emails

Hi

I recently signed up with TPG and have noticed that emails seem to take a long time to arrive and appear in my email client (outlook 2016).

I am also not receiving emails from my wife who has a hotmail account.

These are not being diverted to my junk/spam folder and I have the filter settings on "normal".

I am using Trendmicro as a virus checker/blocker and haven't changed any settings since I joined TPG.

Can you please investigate and advise a solution.

Hi @welwyn56, is this also happening when you're using TPG Post Office https://www.tpg.com.au/home/postoffice ?
