Is there some insight into when email will be up and running again? It might help if someone explained what’s gone wrong.

These outages are becoming more frequent and for longer periods-- this one currently forecast to be 2 days and 30 minutes-- but the resumption time has been drifting out for most of the two days.

This performance is most unsatisfactory and a sure way to loose your email customers-- you need to do much better.
