September 9 at 21.30 locked out of emails yet again. What is going on with this Company?

I have the same problem at 4.30 am on the 31st. Are we being misled re the supposed fix? The service status for emails says non reported-- what is the truth?

These outages are becoming more frequent and for longer periods-- this one currently forecast to be 2 days and 30 minutes-- but the resumption time has been drifting out for most of the two days. This performance is most unsatisfactory and a sure way to loose your email customers-- you need to do much better.
