TPG Email Outage

After not having emails for over 2 days now, it say's in your latest update that all mailboxes have been restored, this is not the case, I still can't log into my emails, and now when I go to check your service status page, it say's that there are no reported issues, can someone please tell me why I still can't log in??? This is beyond a joke TPG.

I have the same problem at 4.30 am on the 31st. Are we being misled re the supposed fix?

The service status for emails says non reported-- what is the truth?

We apologise for the inconvenience.

 

There were some delays on other customers account.

 

Are you able to check if you can login to the Post Office now?
