Emails now being received re today, but you promised no lost emails and definitely have many lost emails from last 2 and half days re Chariot customer. Your correspondence stated there will be no lost emails, but I believe this is not the case. Please explain?

Some customers are slowly receiving their backlog mails.
If the e-mail cannot be delivered then the sender will receive a notification that the message was not received by the intended recipient, otherwise the e-mail will be delivered.
