I'm writing this on behalf of my mum who is a tpg customer. She has recently moved house, where unfortunately the NBN is not connected, she has therefore had to revert back to an ADSL plan. Because she had to cancel her NBN account she was required to get a new email address. She now can't seem to access her old email address. Is there a way her old email address emails that are there can be re-directed to her new email address?

We're sorry to hear that you are having issues retrieving your emails from your old email account.
Since the old account has been cancelled, you may request to retrieve the old emails and send it to a new nominated email address to have the old file. You may send your request directly to our TPG postmaster at postmaster@tpg.com.au.
Please include your old and new username together with the nominated email address where you wish to send the past emails. Please be advise that request should be done within 30days upon cancellation of the old account.
