Emails not sending and attachments can't be attached

Why can't I send some emails?
And attachments wont send.  I keep getting a error code.

 

Do I need a new modem?  Have had this one for about 4 years.

@srex . I have sent an email to postmaster about 2 problems: can't attach files for sending and can't open attachments on received emails. Your email client should work ok.

@srex . Can you try this again. Sending attachments should work. Did you have another problem?

Hey, srex.

Are you still having issues sending emails? In the event that you are using TPG Post Office, please perform a clear cache and cookies or try different browser you may also raise it directly to our postmaster. 

Simply send an email to postmaster@tpg.com.au with your E-mail address/Username or Customer ID also include brief summary of the E-mail Issue.

On the other hand, the modem/router should not affect the Email Service however in the event that you experience connectivity issues it could possibly caused by a faulty modem.
