If you use a VPN programe and/or TOR (I use both in combination) and you use your email while on internet then TPG thinks you are using a foriegn address (you don't have to be overseas)
As stated before reset your password for the email address and avoid using your email while using VPN programe and or TOR in combination the VPN progame I use is VPN-Express.
