Error < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists > when trying to upgrade my plan for a faster NBN speed

I've been trying a few times to change my internet speed from NBN 50 to NBN 100, but I keep getting this error :  < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists >

I've seen a few posts on this forum with the same issue and apparently TPG was able to help them by closing all the existing tickets for that user.

Could I please be assisted in the same way ? I've tried to call TPG but my the phone connection drop out everytime I speak to someone which is very frustrating.
