Extremely Slow NBN

Hi,

 

I have recently switched to NBN50 plan but the speeds I'm getting are much slower than my old TPG ADSL speeds. Here is the test result from TPG Speed test: http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/result/0f338ce0-792c-11ea-bce1-fd1aaf4385a1

Unfortunately, TPG technical support is not accessible via chat and calling TPG is not an option any more due to TPG new policy regarding covid-19. So, this is the only way I can ask you guys for technical support.

Hi there Reza,

 

I have run some tests on your NBN FTTC service, They were inially failing but are now all passing and look good after i have reset some of the NBN equipment outside.

 

Could you please do me a favour and powercycle all the equipment both modem and the NCD ( white box) and then check your speed again.. and also make sure you are connected to the 5GHZ frequency option for WIFI on your modem.

 

If you continue to experience speed issues we may have to look at other causes like your WIFI or your your equipment? And then could you please follow the useful links i have provided below .
