Extremely low upload speed (0.8 Mbps) for nbn50?

I am gettting 0.8 upload speed for nbn50. I reached the technical support with some difficulty and they said they have ran some test but there is nothign wrong so it is escalated to engineering team which has not contacted me.


What can do I do to get if fixed as I need a good speed to be able to work from home in current scenarios?
