I have FTTB in an apartment in Sydney.
Since about 8pm 1st May the internet conenction drops frequently. Sometimes every few minutes, sometimes it works for an hour.

I checked your account and it looks like you have already spoken to our Helpdesk. Based on the tests, your modem lost the connection completely at 5:54PM NSW today. It was determined that the trouble you're having is due to a modem issue after you have informed us that the power light itself is simply flashing green on the device. As a way for you to regain your connection, you agreed to get a new modem.
