FTTB High Ping

Hi there,
As of the last few weeks, i've been getting an unusual high ping while gaming, All the speedtests say i'm running a 14-27 ping but when gaming my ping is spiking anywhere between 80-150ms.

I run an ethernet cable to my pc and have reset my modem multiple times. Are there any resolutions to this issue?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that the issue has been resolved since you've been in contact with our Tech team last night.

Performing a complete reset and reconfigure to the modem has resolved the issue.

This issue has just recently come about again, I dont want to have to constantly hard reset my modem to resolve the issue, is there any other solutions to this issue?

Thanks for getting back to us. We'd like to confirm what particular application is affected by the latency issue. Please run a ping and tracert post the test result on this thread for additional testing purposes.
