FTTB constant "scheduled" dropouts after moving from vdsl to g.fast

I have been using TPG FTTB for 3 years with no issues, I used my Planet VDSL with my Unifi UDM pro and it was workign perfect with 70/30 speed.

3 weeks ago I moved to FTTB max, technician arrived with Zyxel G4100 g.fast bridge and installed it. Speed went up to 420/70 and worked for the rest of the day.

However since that every day from around 4PM to 10PM and 7AM to 9AM I am getting constant dropouts of the link, I have to reboot the bridge to make it operational. Sometimes it works over the weekend withtout any issues, but it happened only once.

TPG technician arrived and checked the line and couldn't identify the problem, so he suggested to hire a private technician.

Private technician checked all wire taps (none) cleaned all patches from unit to IDF and from IDF to MDF and from MDF to TPG Krone box. He sent the report that the line is in ideal state and no issues were identified.

Called TPG maybe 20 times, whislt first line of support can be reachable the engineering team is impossible to reach, yesteray I waited 52 minutes to get to them, some lady said hello, I tried to pick up my phone from the desk and say hello and she already hanged up the phone.

I checked with my neigbours and who has TPG FTTB g.fast have the same problem the same time.

we swapped Bridges, no result.

I asked many times to move me back to VDSL, because I work from home, but the answer is that it needs to be done by engineering and it's impossible to reach out to engineering team.

Any advise? How can I fix this issue, or get my old VDSL back?

Hi @Grizliam . Does the UDM have a system log function which shows dropouts on WAN link? If so, you can post the log here as text. If not, do you still have the router used prior to UDM? It might have a log function that can show dropouts. It means replacing the UDM for a short while until a dropout occurs.
