FTTB internet down. Phone line dead?

Internet dropped out about an hour ago. Modem reporting phone cable unplugged. Nothing moved or changed in my setup for years. Checked phone line / copper pair and it appears it's completely dead. Please help.

Called support this morning. They've identifed the issue and I think it's resolved. Will check when back home
