FTTB stopped working again

Lost FTTB internet connection this morning. Happened last Friday and lost connection again today.

Hi @gmont ,

 

We're sad to know that you're having issues with the service, we ran an initial test it shows the modem/router's is not connected to our network.

 

We arranged one of our Technicians to contact you tomorrow for real-time test and investigation between 10-12NN AEDST using the contact number that we have on file.

 

In the event that you have a different preferred contact time, feel free to send me a Private message.
