I have received the nbn connection device and the modem. I have also received a message saying 'Your NBN service is awaiting activation. You're required to connect your NBN modem.'
This made me think we are set to go.
However when I check installation status at https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder I have a tick for registration and a tick for payment but a cog wheel beside installation and the message 'Your installation is progressing. We're working hard to get the service available to you. We'll keep you posted on the progress." This suggests that there is more to do at your end.
