FTTC VOIP - Uniden handset not ringing for incoming calls

FTTC service was connected to our property in Coburg VIC on 29/04/19, bundled NBN / VOIP service.

TPG tech support confirmed that landline telephone number from Telstra has been ported over, however our Uniden WDECT N32 phone handset  ( Model number  WDECT2355+1) won't ring when receiving Incoming calls ( can make outbound calls without issue ). Phone has been plugged into correct port in modem.

Welcome to the community!
 

We're able to locate your account using your community details and ran an initial test to your home phone service. No line fault we're found standard incoming call ring should be working.
 

What troubleshooting have you done so far?
 

  • Have you tried testing a different handset? If your landline phone handset (Uniden WDECT N32 phone handset  ( Model number  WDECT2355+1) is a Wirelss handset with base. Please try to use a normal handset for testing purposes.
  • Re-seat handset
  • Re-boot handset
