The TPG sttaus page https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder shows my installation is progressing, but is this messge reliable?
As per other posts, I checked ; i f you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage
https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status tells me :
This address is not connected to the nbn™ broadband access network
Please check with your phone and internet service provider to see if there are any issues with their network.
Checking my neigbour, who is using the same FTTC access in our complex:
Definitely got sms telling me to coinnect my NBN device and modem, however I saw another post (https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/NBN-Installation/Setting-up-NBN-modem-and-connection-device/m-p/8260...) someone having same issue and asnwer from moderator , based on https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder (see below for my status) was that installtion was not ready, even though messge was recieved to connect modem and device?
