FTTN to FTTP Upgrade for eligible suburbs

Hi,

     My suburb is listed in the link below as eligible for NBN upgrade from FTTN to FTTP.

Is TPG participating in this upgrade or will I have to switch ISP? I have contacted other ISP's and they are able to convert me from FTTN to FTTP.
