FTTP But No NBN Box on site

Hi,

A friend is looking to get internet at her address, however it seems that an NBN box was never installed (pretty sure the property was empty when they did installations in the area many years ago).

If she goes with TPG will they liason with NBN CO to have one installed? If so is there any extra cost to have this installed now it's been several years since they did their rounds?

If the NBN FTTP service is available in the address, then TPG will arrange an NBN technician visit to install the needed equipment.
