Fail to connect to the internet(ppp3 Timeout wait for PADD packets)

I lost the internet connection since 11:30 pm and it doesn't work even I did try to reboot the router and reconnect the cable.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
