I have only 2 lights active ( apart from power) on my broadband modem. These are the 2.4G snd the 5G lights. Is it likely I have a add faulty modem or is it something else?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault.

The modem/router also shows that it's been stable for more than 4 weeks now.

 

Are you experiencing issues with the service? Are you able to send a screenshot of the light status?
