Faulty TPG Router

Hi,
The modem you have supplied me with is faulty. The NBN box is working fine and the NBN guys have confirmed that everything is ok with the line and that I should have internet, but the WiFi light on the router has never turned green and the router cannot be found by any of devices while scanning.
There is no real customer support, once I managed to get through the guy told me to check the cable connections, restart the devices and that's about it. Then he said there is a problem with the line, which the NBN guys say it is not the case.

Most routers have a button somewhere which turns the wifi on/off.

Otherwise, it might be disabled in the router configuration.

On the router, is the Internet light on?

Do you have a computer connected to ethernet to check internet?

The power of the router is on.
I don't have a computer.

What model router do you have?

Is there another light for Internet? Is it on or off?

The button I mentioned before is a different one from the power button.
