Fax to Email

G'day,

I'm trying to set up a fax to email service on my TPG/NBN phone number, and my provider has asked:
"Can you please verify if the number to be ported is a dedicated Fax number that can be ported via CAT A port? you may verify this info with your provider."

Is TPG able to verify this for me?
