Firmware reset please

Hi,
Would you please arrange for our Archer vr1600v modem to have a firmware upgrade to the latest version please.
We have been having an odd problem where it seems the modem goes down when we connect a new device, and at other times.  When we use the TV for Youtube the internet is lost briefly and I see that we are allocated a new IP address.  Over a weekend this can happen several times.  I tried to send a single private message just now and it was auto-corrected to remove invalid HTML (bolding I think) and my second attempt was block saying I have reach my message number limit and try again later.

Otherwise, please check if the connection is also dropping out on a device directly connected to the modem via ethernet cable.
