Get online support
I am having trouble connecting our new Foxtel IQ3 box to our internet. I spend so much time ytesterday and could not figure it out. I tried both options of WPS and WIFi but to no luck. All other devices are connected including the TV that the box is working on. I am sure there is a techniocal procedure that I should follow according to Foxtel's Community Group.
Please help as I believe you may have heard of this issue before.

if you ever connected to same wifi before, please click forget and reconnect,
if you still having the issue,
Turn on, a hotspot on your phone, try to connect, if it is still failing,
Foxtel IQ3, WIFI adapter is faulty, please contact Foxtel for box replacement.
