NBN doesn’t work please help!

My internet connection intermittently drops throughout the day. I’ve been trying to reach technical support for 2 weeks with no success. How can I notify TPG that the connection is not working? I understand that things may take longer now, but I do need TPG to know that NBN hasn’t worked properly since it was installed and get an expected resolution time. TPG technical support please help!
