I am in Noranda WA 6062 area.

I have experienced frequent internet disconnection for a few weeks.

Hi @myccaddy,

Dropouts may be caused by a lot of things. They can be wifi dropouts due to interference or weak wifi signal, or they can also be line dropouts caused by a fault in the network. Is this impacting all devices at home including wired connection (if available)? Do you happen to notice any changes in the light indicators on the modem when your connection drop?

You can check for outage or ongoing network maintenance at https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status
