I live in rooty hill , hartington street . My ADSL wifi has frequent disconnection issues and right now it is not working. I tried to call help line but all lines were busy . Can any one from customer service look in to this issue ?

We can see that there's a line fault affecting the service, thus the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and it was lodged to our wholesale partner Telstra.
As per latest update, Telstra has committed to send a technician anytime between now and 23/Mar/2019.
