I am seeing DSL down errors 2 - 3 times a week. This is frustrating when working remotely or sitting online exams, e.g.
2020-06-14 14:28:18 [5] System: DSL link down.

Can we investigate this? Is there a more reliable modem that the TP-Link Archer VR1600v?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but did not detect any fault within the NBN Network.


TP Link Archer VR1600v is the only available modem/router for our NBN FTTN service. You have the option to purchase a third party device, but the bundled home phone will not work since the settings are embedded on the TP-Link firmware.
