Hi,
We had FTTB installed about 4 weeks ago and everything was working fine. Now we are expericing dropouts. On 1st July we had constant dropouts throughout the afternoon. In the morning of the 2nd we had one drop out and then OK the rest of the day. This morning again expereicing dropouts.
Can you please contact me to resolve this issue. We had tried restarting the router and several occoasions which does not seem to fix the dropouts.

You were advised to hard reset the modem to see if this will resolve the drop outs issue.
