Frequent dropouts of service

Hello

 

I am experiencing frequent dropouts in BNB connection service. The service comes back after 5 minutes or so but it is very annoying. It occurs about once per hour since a couple of months with more frequent disconnects in evenings. How can I get it fixed?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have run some remote test.


We were not able to detect any fault on the network and it shows that your modem has been connected to the internet for 18 Hours and counting.

 

What troubleshooting have you done so far? Do the dropouts occur at a specific time?
