We have experienced frequent dropouts over the past two weeks.
This is continuing and can be as frequent as five or six times per hour lasting several minutes per break.
I am aware that NBN installation people working in the district. They might have caused some disruption.
Is this the case?
Can you let me know when we might have normal services resumed?
