Frequent internet dropouts with NBN

Hello,

I have noticed more frequently of late (at least 2-3 times a day now) that my internet connection just drops out (both ethernet and wireless connections), often it goes down for a few mins then reconnects, sometimes I need to hard restart the modem/router.

I have an older Huawei HG659 router, do you think this getting faulty?

Hey kimmiedom. If both wired and wireless experience dropouts it could be a line fault affecting the service. Let us check the connection adn get to the bottom of this, could you drop us a PM with your details?
